MENtor™ is our digital guidance tool. It is designed to offer reflective, values-based insights. You are always in control and may opt out of using AI features at any time by contacting us.
We do not use AI to make automated decisions that affect your access to services or wellbeing support. Our AI systems are regularly reviewed for fairness, accuracy, and ethical use.
When MENtal® services are offered through an employer or partner organisation, we may receive employee details limited to names, work emails, or session bookings. We never share your personal reflections, AI interactions, or health-related content with your employer.
Aggregated usage insights may be shared to demonstrate engagement and outcomes, but never in a way that identifies individuals without clear, written consent.
